1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and alibet ("Platform", "us"). By registering an account, making a first deposit, accessing any game or using any service offered at alibet, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the Terms set out here.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the alibet platform immediately. Continued use of this platform after any amendments to the Terms is deemed as acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use alibet services, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Register in your personal individual capacity, not on behalf of any company or third party.
• Have not previously had an account closed or suspended at alibet due to a policy violation.
• Not be located in a territory or jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is specifically prohibited by local law.
• Use your own legitimate funds and not money obtained from illegal activities.

alibet reserves the right to request identity verification from players at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identity card (MyKad), passport or relevant documents.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at alibet. Any attempt to register multiple accounts — using different information, different emails or different devices — is prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. Players are fully responsible for keeping their information up to date. The registered name must match the name on official identity documents as it will be used for withdrawal verification purposes.

• Your account password is the exclusive responsibility of the player — do not share it with anyone.
• alibet will never ask for your password via live chat or email.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact customer support immediately.
• alibet is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's own disclosure of their password.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

alibet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the same player's name. Money transfers through third parties are not permitted.
• alibet reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify any transaction deemed unusual.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Any attempt to commit fraud, money laundering or misuse of the payment system will result in account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
• alibet does not charge any processing fees for deposits and withdrawals on the platform's end, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers at alibet are subject to specific wagering requirements. Players must read and understand the bonus terms before accepting them.

For deposits of RM1,600 and above, the maximum bonus of RM1,500 applies — the wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

• The bonus may only be used once per specified promotion, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse, including hedge betting across different accounts, is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• alibet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• The VIP cashback programme offers three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7%) and Gold (up to 1.0%).

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on alibet are final once confirmed by the system. alibet does not accept bet cancellations due to a change of mind, except in cases of technical errors acknowledged by the platform.

• alibet reserves the right to cancel or correct bets placed at odds or values that are clearly erroneous due to a system or operator error.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, or to use bots or automation software to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited.
• Live casino games, online slots, sports betting and all other products on alibet must be played individually by the account owner only.
• Using a VPN or location-masking service to access the platform from a restricted region is at the player's own risk.

The final outcome of all games and bets on alibet is based on system records stored on our servers. In the event of a dispute, the server records are the definitive reference.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

alibet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice where there is sufficient reason to do so. Situations that may lead to such action include:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Registration of false information or failed identity verification.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• An official request from a legal or regulatory authority.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards support staff.

Players may also request closure of their own account by contacting alibet customer support. Any valid cash (non-bonus) remaining in the account will be processed after all required security checks are completed.

8. Responsibility and Limitation of Liability

Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that they choose to bet of their own free will. alibet is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of betting decisions.

The alibet platform is provided as is. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, alibet does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or constantly available. We are not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

• alibet's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the value of that player's most recent cash deposit.
• Claims for incidental, consequential or special damages will not be entertained.

9. Responsible Gambling

alibet is committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide self-help tools to assist players who may be experiencing gambling-related problems:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed inapplicable to the extent of its invalidity, while the remaining Terms continue in full force and effect.
